Updated October 2026
1Retro Brew
A New Cairo specialty coffee spot with 28 creator videos and 358,562 views, praised for its salted pecan latte and matcha. The roast beef bun is a must-try, and the vibe is chill, though barista service can lag.
2Seven Fortunes Coffee Roasters
This New Cairo cafe has strong creator attention—15 videos and 1,628,187 views—with specialty coffee praised and a banana latte with oat milk loved. The dirty espresso is called sweet and creamy by some, but also overhyped by others, and service pushback on milk swaps is a con.
3The Better Concept
A New Cairo health-food spot where matcha and bagels impress, and the Norwegian Salmon Bowl is praised as 10/10. Some matcha flavors are too sweet, but ingredients are fresh and staff are friendly.
4Saints
A Cairo coffee spot with 11 creator videos, where the coconut cream matcha is a favorite and the Spanish latte is praised as a perfect 10. The mochi ice cream Spanish latte collab tastes good, though drinks can be too ice-heavy.
5Vasko
A Giza coffee spot with 10 creator videos and 1,143,219 views, where the marshmallow hot chocolate wins and the vanilla ice latte double shot is praised. The hot chocolate tastes like Nescafe, so chocolate lovers may be let down.
6Cilantro
An Alexandria coffee spot with 27 creator videos and 1,777,277 views, known for BOGO coffee all night and a huge drink menu. The cloud latte with vanilla protein and sweet potato frappe are must-orders, though some drinks feel pricey and coffee can be weak on some blends.
7Ovio
A Cairo dessert-and-coffee spot with 13 creator videos, where the Purple Basq cheesecake and low-cal desserts that taste good stand out. The cheesecake texture is very different, and the low-sugar profile may not suit everyone.
8Galal Coffee
A Cairo spot with 4 creator videos, where the salmon sandwich gets praise for its generous 100g filling and sourdough bread. It’s pricey, and the special sandwich is limited to one branch.
9T-lab
An Alexandria boba spot with 6 creator videos, winning on wide boba variety and a DIY boba experience. Taro and crème caramel latte sago are praised, but some drinks are very sweet.
10Nude
A Cairo bakery with 5 creator videos and 497,893 views, where the giant Nutella cookie pie stands out and desserts beat other spots for one creator. The EGP 650 pie needs price justification, and the price tag dominates the hype.
